Datenschutzrichtlinie für Rain Alert

Rain Alert stellt über einen Erinnerungsdienst eine Verbindung zu Rain Classroom her und sendet Benachrichtigungen an Ihre Geräte. Es verarbeitet daher Kontoberechtigungen, Kursinformationen und Benachrichtigungsdaten auf einem Server. Überprüfen Sie diesen Bereich, bevor Sie ein Konto verbinden oder autorisieren.

1. Umfang und Betreuer

雨水提醒 (Rain Alert) ist eine unabhängige Web-App zur Erinnerung an Klassenzimmerveranstaltungen unter Sparkle, erstellt und verwaltet von 唐梓耀 / AdrianSparkle und 丁铭 / EliasSparkle. Diese Richtlinie gilt für die von Sparkle betriebene Instanz, die Gerätekopplung, die Rain Classroom QR-Autorisierung, die Klassenzimmerüberwachung und Web Push. Diese Richtlinie gilt auch für die Prüfung des Zugangsstatus zum Klassenzimmer und für Einladungen zum Lernen mit Freunden, die Sie aktiv erstellen.

Es ist kein offizielles Produkt von Rain Classroom und repräsentiert keine Schulen, Lehrer, Rain Classroom, WeChat, Apple oder Browser-Anbieter. 2. Kontodaten, Kurse und Anmeldeinformationen

Durch die Anforderung eines offiziellen Anmelde-QR-Codes wird automatisch eine Gerätesitzung erstellt. Es ist kein Verbindungscode erforderlich. Nachdem Sie die offizielle QR-Anmeldung bestätigt haben, erhält der Dienst die von Rain Classroom zurückgegebene Konto-ID, Name oder Spitzname, Schul- und Schülernummer sowie eingeschriebene Kurse, Klassenraum-IDs, Namen, Lehrer und zugehörige Organisationskennungen. Diese identifizieren das Konto und zeigen Kurse an.

Der Server speichert außerdem offizielle Anmeldecookies, Sitzungsautorisierungen und erforderliche Klassenzimmer-Tokens, um die Abfrage fortzusetzen, nachdem Sie die Seite geschlossen haben. Wir fordern Ihr Rain Classroom- oder WeChat-Passwort weder an noch speichern wir es. Cookies und Token können Anmeldeberechtigungen darstellen und bedürfen eines besonderen Schutzes. Durch das Scannen wird die Autorisierung nicht nur auf Ihrem Telefon gespeichert.

3. Unterrichtsveranstaltungen und Informationen über andere

Wenn die Erinnerungen im Unterricht aktiviert sind, wird der offizielle Stream der Unterrichtsveranstaltungen empfangen. Zu den gespeicherten Benachrichtigungsfeldern gehören Kurs- und Klassenraumnamen, Veranstaltungstypen und -kennungen, Plattform- oder Erkennungszeiten sowie notwendige Zusammenfassungen.

Zufallsauswahlereignisse können Namen und Schülernummern enthalten, die der Klasse vom Lehrer bekannt gegeben werden. Diese können in verschlüsselten Ereignisaufzeichnungen gespeichert und in Benachrichtigungsfeldern angezeigt werden, einschließlich Informationen über Klassenkameraden. Verwalten Sie Sperrbildschirmvorschauen und freigegebene Geräte sorgfältig und veröffentlichen Sie diese Details nicht erneut. Der Dienst nutzt sie nicht zur Profilierung von Studierenden.

Die aktuelle Implementierung speichert den Fragentext oder die Antworten nicht als permanenten Erinnerungsinhalt, beantwortet keine Fragen, reagiert nicht auf Namensaufrufe oder Schnellantworten und erfasst nicht den Gerätestandort. Bei normaler Anwesenheit kann durch aktivierte Erinnerungen im Unterricht eine Teilnahmeanforderung ausgelöst werden. Sie können auch aktiv einen Freund zu einem Kurs einladen, der als nicht angemeldet bestätigt wurde; Der Freund übermittelt den entschlüsselten Text eines passenden Klassenzimmer-QR-Codes und der Dienst nutzt die offizielle Sitzung des Einladenden für den verifizierten normalen Anmeldevorgang. 4. Geräte, Benachrichtigungen und technische Informationen

Wir verarbeiten zufällige Gerätekennungen, gehashte Verbindungssitzungen, Gerätebezeichnungen, Erstellungs- und letzte Öffnungszeiten, 30-Tage-Ablauf, Kontozuordnungen und Erinnerungswechsel. Die anfängliche Gerätekategorie wird vom Browser-Benutzeragenten abgeleitet. Das Umbenennen von Geräten und die Geräteliste werden in der aktuellen Benutzeroberfläche nicht angezeigt. Die zugehörigen Daten- und Verwaltungsendpunkte bleiben erhalten.

5. Zwecke und Berechtigungsgrenzen

Diese Daten unterstützen das Pairing, die Identifizierung Ihres autorisierten Kontos, das Abfragen und Anzeigen von Klassen, das Senden ausgewählter Ereignisse, das Verwalten von Sitzungen, das Migrieren von Ursprüngen, den Schutz der Sicherheit, die Fehlerbehebung und die Wiederherstellung. Konto- und Kursdaten werden nicht für Werbung, kommerzielles Profiling oder KI-Training verwendet. Ohne QR-Autorisierung können Kurse nicht gelesen werden. Ohne Benachrichtigungsberechtigung kann eine angemeldete Seite weiterhin Informationen anzeigen, aber keine Systembenachrichtigungen an dieses Gerät senden.

Für vertrauliche Anmeldeinformationen, Informationen über Mitschüler und die überregionale Verarbeitung sind die gesetzlich geltenden Bekanntmachungen, Rechtsgrundlagen und Einwilligungsverfahren erforderlich. 6. Cookies, Browserspeicher und Berechtigungen

7. Empfänger, Hosting und internationale Übertragungen

Die aktuelle von Sparkle betriebene Instanz läuft auf Tencent Cloud in Hongkong, China. Wenn Sie sich auf dem chinesischen Festland oder in einer anderen Region befinden, werden an diese Instanz gesendete Kontodaten, Cookies, Kurse, Veranstaltungen und Geräteabonnements nach Hongkong übertragen und dort gespeichert. Autorisierung und Überwachung kommunizieren auch mit offiziellen Rain Classroom-APIs und Klassenraum-Veranstaltungsdiensten. Jeder Inhaber einer gültigen Studieneinladung kann den Anzeigenamen, den Kursnamen, die Ablaufzeit und den Bearbeitungsstatus des Einladenden lesen und einen Eintritts-QR-Code für den angegebenen Kurs übermitteln. Entschlüsselter Text wird über den Hong Kong-Dienst an die offiziellen Rain Classroom-Schnittstellen weitergeleitet. Der Freund erhält weder die Cookies, das Passwort noch die vollständige Kursliste des Einladenden. Geben Sie Einladungen nur an vertrauenswürdige Personen weiter, die helfen dürfen.

Je nach Browser nutzt Web Push Infrastrukturen wie Apple, Google, Mozilla oder Microsoft, die möglicherweise Daten in anderen Ländern oder Regionen verarbeiten. 8. Verschlüsselungs- und Sicherheitsgrenzen

Kontoprofile, Kurs-Caches, Anmeldecookies, Anmeldeinformationen für den Unterricht, Event-Nutzlasten und Push-Abonnements werden mit AES-256-GCM gespeichert. Konto- und Gerätekennungen, Zuordnungen, Schalter, Zeiten, Status und andere Betriebsfelder werden nicht alle einzeln verschlüsselt. Die Datenbank und der Hauptschlüssel werden auf demselben Host verwaltet; Hierbei handelt es sich nicht um eine Ende-zu-Ende-Verschlüsselung, die einer vollständigen Serverkompromittierung standhält.

Der Dienst verwendet HTTPS, Sitzungs-Hashing, Ursprungsprüfungen, Ratenbegrenzung und eingeschränkte Push-Endpunkte. Autorisierte Administratoren verfügen möglicherweise über den für die Entschlüsselung erforderlichen Zugriff. Bei einem Vorfall im Bereich der Sicherheit personenbezogener Daten ergreifen wir Abhilfemaßnahmen und benachrichtigen die betroffenen Personen und Behörden gemäß den geltenden Gesetzen. Dabei erläutern wir die betreffenden Informationen, mögliche Auswirkungen, ergriffene Maßnahmen und Kontaktwege. Absolute Sicherheit wird nicht versprochen. 9. Online-Aufbewahrung

Abgeschlossene Klassen und ihre Zustellungsdatensätze, historische Ereignisse außerhalb aktiver Klassen und simulierte Push-Datensätze werden während der regelmäßigen Wartung mithilfe eines 90-Tage-Schwellenwerts im Code bereinigt. Aktive Klassen und geschützte zugehörige Datensätze bleiben möglicherweise länger bestehen. Migrationszugangsdaten sind nur für den einmaligen Gebrauch bestimmt und laufen nach fünf Minuten ab. Bei Studieneinladungen werden zufällige Token verwendet. Ein Hash-Index im Prozessspeicher enthält den Anzeigenamen des Einladenden, die angegebene Klasse, den etwa 30-minütigen Ablauf, die Anzahl der Versuche und den Ergebnisstatus. Abgelaufene Einladungen können nicht verwendet werden und Einladungen überleben einen Dienstneustart nicht. Abgelaufene Speichereinträge werden gelöscht, wenn spätere Einladungen erstellt werden, und nicht bei Ablauf wird eine Löschung auf Byte-Ebene garantiert. Die 30-Tage-Verbindungs- und 90-Tage-Verlaufsregeln führen zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht zur Löschung eines gesamten Kontos. Wenden Sie sich an die Betreuer, wenn Sie den Dienst nicht mehr nutzen und verbleibende Daten entfernt werden möchten. Das Fehlen einer automatischen Bereinigung ist kein Grund für eine unbefristete Aufbewahrung. Wenn Daten nicht mehr erforderlich sind oder eine Löschung gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist, werden wir gemäß geltendem Recht handeln und den Umfang überprüfen, der eine manuelle Bearbeitung erfordert.

10. Backups, Supportmaterial und Bereinigungsumfang

12. Prüfung, gesetzliche Aufbewahrung und Rechtsbehelfe

Wir überprüfen die Beziehung zwischen einer Anfrage und einem Konto im Verhältnis zum Risiko und fragen nur nach den notwendigen Informationen. Senden Sie keine Cookies, Passwörter oder Migrationszugangsdaten. Anfragen sollten umgehend bearbeitet werden, sofern dies gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. 14. Änderungen und Sprachversionen

Wesentliche Änderungen an Datenkategorien, Zwecken, Hosting oder Empfängern werden hier beschrieben und datiert. Die Aktualisierung des Textes oder die weitere Nutzung können keine gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen zusätzlichen Hinweise, gesonderten Einwilligungen oder andere Verfahren ersetzen. Freundesprofile und Anmeldeinformationen werden in einer separaten Freundesdatenbank verschlüsselt. Eigentümer-/Gerätezuordnungen, Status, Zeitstempel und andere Betriebsfelder stellen keine Verschlüsselung der gesamten Datenbank dar.
